Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation we ask for 24 hours notice before an evaluation, lesson or class. You can rebook with no charge within 30 days of the original appointment. Without 24 hours notice the session is considered done and will not get a refund. No-shows without notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment without refund.
Refunds
A deposit is required for the first lesson or evaluation, and all group classes. Final payment is due at the time of the lesson or class. If client is paying for private lessons in advance and decides to stop training, we can refund half the cost of the remaining lessons. Group classes are non refundable.
Harassment and Threats
Heeling Souls will not tolerate any harassment or threats towards employees and withholds the right to terminate an evaluation, class or lesson at any time. If this occurs the client will be charged the full cost of the evaluation, class or lesson. Heeling Souls reserves the right to refuse to work with any clients who harass or threaten their employees or other clients.
